You may notice additional breakouts, dehydration, dryness or fine lines. We can blame the products that we are using when in fact it is external causes as mentioned (stress, weather, environment, travel etc.). With this in mind, what is often overlooked is the need to adjust your skin care routine based on the change of season or the changes in your life. Secondly, many women don’t realize the the need for daily sun protection all year, not only in the summer when we are in the sun. Using daily sunscreen helps to keep the skin healthy and firm.
