You'll need:  M.A.C Ruby Woo Lipstick (it's the exact shade the dancers wore in the video), eyeliner, mascara, a scrunchie and anything else you have left over from the "tight and bright" party you went to in first year. How to: Apply lipstick. Throw hair up in a ponytail – or better yet, pigtails – rock '80s-inspired clothing. Write "Bieber, you have been forgiven" on at least one social media platform.  Learn at least two moves from this music video. You'll need: Your entire stash of lipstick, lip liner, eyeshadow and eyeliner, and your phone. How to: If you don't have enough beauty products to create the colours needed for this look, you can cheat and run to any Halloween pop-up store or dollar store to grab face paint. Draw a rainbow.
