All Signs: This week the big action is with Mercury, the planet of communications. First Mercury makes an aspect with serious Saturn, then with fiery Mars, and finally with lucky Jupiter. Since Mercury is all about talking, planning and our daily activities, this is obviously a week full of busyness; changing, lightning-like thoughts; long-range serious plans; and exciting enthusiasm about something. It's a happening time! Mercury not only describes how we communicate, it describes how we perceive our world. We don't see things as they are. We see things as we are.
Aries (March 21-April 19)
It's important to remind yourself what a timely year this is for you so you can use it to your best advantage. The luckiest influence possible is the highest it will ever get in your chart this year. (This happens once every 12 years.) "And now, let's hear it for Juuuupiterrr!" Make the most of this by milking it for all it's worth. People suddenly notice you and your talents as if they never saw them before. You have the feeling that you're being discovered. Everyone thinks you're fabulous. Accept public recognition, a promotion, esteemed respect from your peers, and perhaps work related travel. You're stylin'!
Taurus (April 20-May 20)
Taurus people take more vacations than other signs for one reason: they love their homes; and they want their homes to be beautiful, calm and orderly. Does this ring a bell, Pavlov? That's why you go someplace else to be wild and crazy! You know that while you're having fun, everything is just as you left it back home. This year you're traveling! You also have marvelous opportunities with publishing, the media, medicine, the law and higher education or training in some way. Because you'll be exposed to a broader view of the world -- your views will change. You'll have to let go of old prejudices and beliefs. ("Hey, I can't fit into these anymore!")
Gemini (May 21-June 20)
The word karma in Sanskrit actually means "activity". Therefore, the law of karma is simply the law of activity which is cause and effect; seed and result. This year your sign is getting a big karma payoff. To the extent that you have been generous in the past, life will now be generous to you, especially via partners and close friends. Many of you will inherit, or benefit from the wealth of others, or have advantages because you can use things that other people own. Insurance matters, taxes, debt and disputed property agreements will go your way. (We hope.) You're blessed this year! Ka-ching!
Cancer (June 21-July 22)
Once every 12 years, lucky Jupiter sits directly opposite your sign. Because Jupiter is associated with good fortune and expansion, many of you will marry or enter into committed partnerships. All your partnerships and close friendships will benefit. This is not a year to go it alone: you need the assistance of others. Even professional help will be beneficial -- lawyers, doctors, consultants and counselors. Jupiter rules foreign countries so you might encounter people from other cultures, especially in new relationships. The people you hook up with now will be older, richer and more established. (What a great laboursaving device!)
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22)
This is a curious year. People often view you as dramatic, social and party loving. And you are. But what people don't know is how serious you are. You just tend to keep this side of yourself private. This year you're amazed at what's happening with your job (and possibly your health.) Things are changing. But the change will be for the better -- trust me. You'll either get a better job, or if your boss is the wicked witch of the North, a house will fall on her. Even if you don't change your job or get a better boss, you'll change your attitude. Suddenly, you're turned on! You're enthused about what you're doing. It's a relief to discover how rewarding your work can be. Thank gawd!
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
You're one of the luckiest signs of the zodiac this year because you have more opportunities for romance, flirtatious affairs, vacations, sports, and playful activities with children. Many of you are expanding your life through children. Virgo artists are productive because not only are you brimming with ideas, but also because opportunities come to you to explore further work and demonstrate your talents. This is operative for all this year and a good part of next year. Yay! But the most important opportunity is you have a chance for personal growth and increased wisdom. You're experiencing greater freedom of self expression. You won't hide anymore: "It's me. I'm coming out! How do you like me so far?"
