Welcome to the ELLE Canada Virtual Makeover Tool, where you can try out all of the greatest trends in hair, makeup and more! ELLE Canada has chosen some of the hottest beauty products and hairstyles so you'll be able to test-drive your favourite looks. It's fun and easy!
Here's how to get started:
Step 1: Once you arrive at the Virtual Makeover Tool home page, select one of the models you would like to make over. Or, better yet, register and upload a photo of yourself!
Step 2: Let the experimenting begin! Choose one area of the face and start testing out some beauty products. You can also select from a list of fabulous hairstyles and colours to complete your transformation.
Step 3: Once you've chosen the area of the face you'd like to apply makeup to, click on the brand and colour you want to use. It will automatically appear on the selected area of your face. If you would like to try out a different brand and/or colour, simply click on your new selection and the change will happen immediately.
Step 4: If you are happy with your makeover, you can save it for future reference. Simply click on "Save/List Looks" (located at the bottom right of the page.) Then enter a name for your new look, followed by a description.
Step 5: If you want to share your creative genius with friends, click “Email a friend” and off it goes!
